Warm your milk gently in the microwave, add tea and let it steep and infuse for about 30 minutes, then strain.
Lightly grease a donut baking pan (cooking spray works great), preheat the oven to 370 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and set aside. In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients: egg, yogurt, lemon juice, marmalade, steeped milk, vanilla extract, oil, and sugar. Mix well.
Using spatula gently mix wet and dry ingredients just until combined (don’t over mix).
Using a small spoon carefully add batter to donut pan. Fill each donut cavity about 3/4 full.Bake your donuts for about 10-12 minutes.
Let them cool in the pan for about 5 minutes than gently transfer to a cooling rack.In a medium saucepan, bring the milk to a boil, then turn off the heat, add in the tea leaves and let the tea infuse for 10 minutes.
Once the 10 minutes are up, strain the tea into a bowl. Add the rest of ingredients for the glaze and whisk together.
Dip donuts into the glaze and put them on a cooling rack to dry.
Feel free to decorate your donuts with lemon peel/slices or dust with a cinnamon. Enjoy!
