Chaga Chai Hot Chocolate

Cozy up with a warming cup of spiced hot chocolate made with our popular chaga chai tea.

1-2 servings | Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 8 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup oat milk

  • 1/4 cup pitted dates or 2 tsp maple syrup 

  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp Chaga Chai tea

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder 

  • Toppings: coconut whipped cream, chocolate shavings, cayenne pepper 

Instructions: 

1. In a small saucepan heat milk (just below the boiling point).

2. Add tea and steep for about 5-8 minutes, then strain the mixture.

3. Transfer to a high speed blender, add the rest of ingredients and blend until smooth.

4. Pour into mugs and serve with the toppings of your choice.
