Winter Thyme Moon Milk
1 serving | Prep time: 2 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup milk of choice (oat milk works great)
2 tsp Winter Thyme tea blend
Pinch of ground ginger
Pinch of ground cardamom
Sweetener of choice to taste (maple syrup or raw honey)
Organic flower petals, thyme sprig for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. To a small saucepan add milk, ginger and cardamom and whisk until combined.
2. Add Winter Thyme tea and whisk again.
3. Heat saucepan to a simmer. As soon as it starts simmering, remove it from heat and cover with lid. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.
4. Once the moon milk is done steeping, strain it into a mug.
5. Stir in honey or maple syrup.
6. Froth with a milk frother and garnish with thyme sprig and flower petals.
