Winter Thyme Moon Milk

1 serving | Prep time: 2 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup milk of choice (oat milk works great)

  • 2 tsp Winter Thyme tea blend

  • Pinch of ground ginger

  • Pinch of ground cardamom 

  • Sweetener of choice to taste (maple syrup or raw honey)

  • Organic flower petals, thyme sprig for garnish (optional)

Instructions: 

  1. To a small saucepan add milk, ginger and cardamom and whisk until combined. 

  2. Add Winter Thyme tea and whisk again.

  3. Heat saucepan to a simmer. As soon as it starts simmering, remove it from heat and cover with lid. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. 

  4. Once the moon milk is done steeping, strain it into a mug.

  5. Stir in honey or maple syrup.

  6. Froth with a milk frother and garnish with thyme sprig and flower petals.
