Echinacea Holiday Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 4 tsp Echinacea Boost Tea

  • 1/2 cup hot water

  • 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils

  • 2 Tbsp raw honey

  • Sparkling water to top

  • Rosemary sprigs

  • Ice cubes

  • Glass rimming sugar

Instructions:


1. Add tea to the hot water. Let your tea steep for 10 minutes, then strain.

2. Add cranberry juice, honey and stir well.

3. Rim your favourite glasses with decorative sugar, add pomegranate arils and ice cubes.

4. Pour in the tea and juice mixture filling glasses in 3/4, top with sparkling water, add rosemary sprigs and enjoy!
