Chai pudding

An easy vegan delight made with minimal ingredients, packed with protein and is the perfect healthy treat!

2 servings | Prep time: 10 minutes | Total time: 4 hours, 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of silken tofu 

  • β…“ cup cacao powder

  • ΒΌ cup Maple syrup 

  • 1 tablespoon Chaga Chai Tea

  • Pinch of salt 

  • Dark chocolate shavings, toppings of your choice. 


Instructions:

  1. Add 1 Tbsp of Chaga Chai Tea to hot water. Let it steep for 15 minutes, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer, squeezing as much goodness as you can from it. 

  2. Transfer silken tofu and the tea to an air tight container, transfer it to the fridge and let it infuse for 4-6 hours. 

  3. Add tofu, cacao powder, maple syrup and pinch of salt to a blender and blend on high until the ingredients are combined and the texture resembles a smooth, creamy pudding.

  4. Transfer to bowls and top with chocolate shavings and your favourite fruit.
